What is Coaching?
COACHING:
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING:
Personal support that helps you get energized, focused, and inspired to create and develop the tools necessary to build a business, lose weight, relieve stress, build self-confidence and self-esteem.
We will schedule time to meet by phone two to four times per month to discuss where you are, where you want to be and the action steps that can help you get there. Our sessions will last approximately 45 minutes to one hour and we can E-mail as often as reasonably needed. By combining action steps with "The Secret" and the Law of Attraction, I will assist you in achieving your goals.
Typically, clients hire a coach for at least 6 months and often continue for as long as a year. It is entirely up to you. You can begin with a 6-week commitment at a discounted rate. The initial 20-minute consultation call is free.
GROUP COACHING AND/OR WORKSHOPS (my personal favorite):
Six or more people will connect via teleseminar, life events, enabling you to be coached and mentored at a rate less than one-on-one coaching. We will use various means to work on common issues of the group. Using my mentor,
Sandy Forster's international bestseller "Wildly Wealthy Fast" book and workbook. Through live workshops, I will walk you through building your business, including your own website and/or blog, and whatever else might be necessary. After each teleconference there will be a time set aside for individual questions and answers.
Additionally we will hold a workshop for vision board creations to assist you to keep the vision of your intentions.
We will use the mind, body, spirit approach, as well as practical tips and strategies to create magnificence.
MASTERMIND GROUPS:
Two to six people will meet at a predetermined location or with a phone call two to four times per month. You will discover the power of a Mastermind Group, as I inspire and empower you in establishing your own Mastermind Group. Each participant will work individually through the power of the group. I will mentor you for the first meeting and/or as often as you deem necessary. A six-month commitment to the group is requested. My service will be for one or possibly two mentoring sessions to help your Mastermind Group get started.
A flat rate fee is required for this service to guide you through the process and help you become an independent and empowered MasterMind Group.
